1. Director, E – Banking Services

Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s operational excellence and customer -centered growth objectives by leading the Bank’s strategy to acquire, develop and retain customers, deliver e —banking services to the required standards, effectively handle e-banking related disputes including monitoring fraud and ensure that customer accounts are well managed.

MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Management, Banking, Business Administration or related field with eight (8) years of relevant work experience; of which three years of experience should be at supervisory level Specialist experience in E- Banking.
