Live-In Nanny Needed for Loving Family with Triplets – Full-Time Position

We are a warm, welcoming family seeking a responsible, nurturing, and experienced live-in nanny to help care for our infant children and become a valued part of our home. If you’re passionate about working with young children and looking for a long-term role where you can truly make a difference, we would love to hear from you!

Location: Washington DC
Start Date: Immediately
Schedule: Full-time, live-in (room and board included)
Compensation: Competitive salary (paid biweekly) + room and board + every other weekend off

About Us:

We are an active loving welcoming family with 3 new babies – yes, we had triplets! They are currently 5 months old. We value kindness, open communication, honesty, and a nurturing environment for our children. Our home is filled with love, laughter, and a good balance of routine and fun.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive loving care to the children

• Create a safe, engaging, and structured environment (please, no cell phones while working)

• Plan age-appropriate activities and playtime

• Assist with daily routines (meals, nap time, hygiene)

• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying play areas and nursery) and common areas (kitchen and .5 bathroom on main floor)

• Cook two meals per week

Requirements:

• Previous nanny or childcare experience (references required)

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

• Ability to commit to a long-term role

• Reliable, trustworthy, and patient

• Non-smoker

• Have own transportation or arranged rides to get back and forth on “off weekends”

Bonus if you have:

• Early childhood education background

• Bilingual skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally with the family
